Life can bring moments of joy, growth, and fulfilment, but it can also present challenges that leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, low mood, relationship difficulties, loss of a loved one life transitions, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I offer a warm, safe, and confidential space where you can feel heard, supported, and accepted.

Individual therapy provides an opportunity to slow down and explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with curiosity, compassion, and without judgement. Together, we can make sense of what is troubling you, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and work towards greater self-awareness, resilience, and emotional wellbeing.

My role is to walk alongside you, offering support and understanding as you navigate life's challenges and discover new ways of relating to yourself and others. Whatever brings you to therapy, you are welcome exactly as you are.

Alongside my professional counselling qualification, I have undertaken additional training to support individuals facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges. My experience has given me a deeper understanding of the complexities of human thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, as well as the impact that life experiences, relationships, and personal circumstances can have on wellbeing.

 

I work with clients experiencing issues such as anxiety, low mood, stress, loss, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, and life transitions. By combining my training with a compassionate, client-centred approach, I offer a safe and supportive space where you can explore your experiences, gain greater self-awareness, and work towards meaningful change at your own pace.
